In 1988, after receiving a degree from Auburn University, I started my 1st business, Production Construction. We framed, formed, trimmed and sided numerous apartment complexes and large houses. We also built many additions and remodeled numerous homes. In 1999, I built a shop and home on my 12 acre plot and started Saugahatchee Woodworks. We built custom cabinets, staircases, and did other custom woodworking projects. In 2009, during the recession, I had to lay off most of my shop employees and expanded back into outside carpentry projects. I have been a working superintendent on more jobs than I could possibly list, from multi-million dollar projects to decks and docks to landscaping.
